6. Deposits & Refund Policy

All deposits, scheduling fees, booking retainers, and advance payments are NON-REFUNDABLE

Deposits are collected to reserve scheduling availability, labor allocation, equipment preparation, and operational costs associated with the requested services.

By booking services with Nestor Property Maintenance, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling delays, or changes in project scope
  • Deposits may be applied toward the final invoice unless otherwise stated in writing
  • Any additional balances beyond the deposit remain due according to the agreed service terms

Nestor Property Maintenance reserves the right to determine refund exceptions solely at its discretion under extraordinary circumstances.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests whenever possible.

Nestor Property Maintenance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

Weather conditions Unsafe work environments Equipment issues Scheduling conflicts Emergency situations

8. Junk Removal & Disposal Policy

Customers agree not to include prohibited or hazardous materials unless specifically disclosed and approved beforehand.

Prohibited items may include:

Chemicals Paint Biohazard materials Explosives Illegal substances Medical waste Fuel or propane tanks Hazardous waste

Nestor Property Maintenance reserves the right to refuse removal of unsafe or prohibited items.

9. Property Access & Safety

Customers are responsible for:

  • Disclosing unsafe conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are considered unsafe.

10. Limitation of Liability
